Wireless sensors log your walk-ins, reach-ins and freezers. When one drifts out of range, the right shift lead gets a text.

A back-of-house commercial kitchen with stainless reach-in refrigerators, prep tables and sheet-pan racks

Fits the equipment you already run.

A sensor about the size of a matchbox sits inside any walk-in, reach-in or freezer. Any brand, any age. Nothing to rewire.

A reading every two minutes.

Readings travel over a cellular gateway that plugs into any outlet, so a dropped kitchen Wi-Fi never leaves a gap in the log.

Inspector-ready in one click.

Pick a site and a date range. Coldline exports every reading, alert and corrective action as one PDF.

Every site on one screen.

Ops and food safety see which locations hold their range and which keep drifting, before the district visit.

From a warm walk-in to a logged fix, in one thread.

What happens when a walk-in drifts at 08:12 on a Tuesday, and what gets kept.

  1. 08:12

    The reading leaves the band.

Walk-in 2 climbs past 41°F. Coldline waits for two readings in a row above the limit, so a door propped open for a delivery does not page anyone.

  2. 08:13

The shift lead on the floor gets a text.

Alerts follow your schedule, so the text reaches whoever is running that kitchen right now. No reply in 10 minutes and it goes to the general manager.

  3. 08:21

They acknowledge and log the fix.

Replying 1 acknowledges. The corrective action comes from your own list or is typed in, and is stamped with the time and who did it.

  4. 08:58

The line comes back, and the record closes.

When readings return to range the event closes itself, with the whole timeline attached. That is the page an inspector reads.

Paper logs, replaced by checks that half fill themselves.

Temperature lines come straight from the sensors. Your team ticks the rest on a phone or the kitchen tablet, and the sign-off is stamped. Try the sample.
