What warranty do I get?
Ten years on our workmanship, in writing. Manufacturer warranties on panels, inverter and battery sit on top, and if one fails we lodge the claim and do the swap.
Where do you install?
Perth metro, from Mandurah in the south to Joondalup in the north, and inland to Midland and Armadale. Further out, call and we will tell you straight whether we can do it.
How soon can you install?
Usually two to four weeks from a signed quote. Most of that wait is the Western Power connection approval, which we lodge for you.
Do I need three-phase power?
Up to about 6.6 kW of panels on a 5 kW inverter works on single-phase. Bigger systems usually need three-phase, and we check your meter box on the site visit.
What happens to my Synergy account?
You keep it. Power you use straight from the panels never reaches the meter, and what you send back earns a credit under Synergy's export scheme.
Can I add a battery later?
Yes. Every system we fit uses a battery-ready hybrid inverter unless you ask for something else, so adding one later is a half-day job.
