Run the store from the counter, not from a notebook.
The day's money, customer credit, stock and the accountant's pack in one system, built around an owner who also serves at the counter.
Where it stands.
Prototype
Built and demoed as a prototype for an owner-run farm supply store. There is no client result yet, so this page shows the build, not a figure.
The same day, twice.
By hand today
- 6:30 am
The owner opens up with a notebook of yesterday's sales and no idea whether the month is ahead.
- 9:00 am
A customer messages the store's page to ask the price of feed. The reply goes out at lunch, quoted from memory.
- 1:00 pm
A regular buys on credit. The amount goes on their page in the credit notebook.
- 4:00 pm
The fertilizer runs out. The supplier gets a text with a quantity that is a guess.
- Close
Cash, e-wallet alerts and bank slips are added up by hand. The drawer is short and the reason is lost.
With Keystone OS
- 6:30 am
The dashboard opens with the month's verdict after costs, what is running low and who is in today.
- 9:00 am
The price question gets a drafted reply in the customer's language with today's price. The owner approves it between customers.
- 1:00 pm
The credit sale goes on the customer's account. Overdue balances are visible before saying yes.
- 4:00 pm
Fertilizer was on the reorder list yesterday. The order went to the supplier by SMS with a suggested quantity.
- Close
Each payment mode shows expected against counted. The short drawer gets a written reason, then the day closes.
The screens it runs on.
Live previews with invented demo data. Features with their own page are linked below.

What we would automate first.
Close the day by payment mode
In a store run by its owner, the end of the day is where money goes missing without a trace. We would start with every payment recorded by mode at the counter and a close that asks for a reason on any variance. The dashboard, the credit ledger and the accountant pack all read from those closed days.
