One stock ledger, corrected by blind counts
Every other number in a multi-branch shop depends on stock being right: the profit report, reorders, transfers. We would start with one ledger that every sale, transfer and return writes to, plus a blind count to correct it. Once stock can be trusted, the profit report comes from data that is already there.
