Keystone OS, one feature at a time.
Every screen here comes from a system we built for a real kind of business. Open one to see what it replaces and where it stops.
By business.
Operating system for multi-branch retailers
Stock, sales, money and the monthly profit report in one system, so each branch stops keeping its own version of the truth.
Operating system for outbound agencies
Sender accounts, conversations, pipelines and client reports in one system, so the team spends the day replying instead of logging in.
Operating system for owner-run stores
The day's money, customer credit, stock and the accountant's pack in one system, built around an owner who also serves at the counter.
Features.
Retail POS with split payments by branch
Catalog, cart and checkout sit on one screen. One sale can be split across cash, card and transfer, and each payment lands in the wallet it belongs to.
Multi-branch inventory by size and color
Stock per variant at each branch and online, valued at cost. Select a batch and move it to another branch in one transfer, with each row locked while it moves.
Blind stock count for multi-branch retail
Staff scan and count with the expected figure hidden. The manager reviews each difference and applies corrections, and every correction is written to the stock ledger.
End-of-day cash reconciliation by payment mode
The system works out what each payment mode should hold. Staff enter what they counted, and any variance needs a written reason before the day closes.
Monthly profit report per branch, one export
Sales down to net profit as a waterfall, month by month and per branch. One export gives an editable workbook with live formulas.
Sales pipeline per client for outbound agencies
Deals grouped by stage with value, probability, owner and close date. Each client has its own board, and the sum per stage updates as cards move.
Automated end-of-day report for each client
After each client's cutoff, the system pulls the day's numbers and stage changes, writes a short summary, and posts it where the client reads it.
